I grilled a Ham last week. My wife was so afraid that it would dry out. I said "You just wait and see". It was so good and juicey. She want's me to make this for easter.

Ingredients For grilled ham with my glaze

  • 1) 7-8 lb
    bone in ham, ready to eat
  • 2 c
    apple wine
  • FOR THE GLAZE
  • 1)12oz can
    each,pine apple,peaches,pares...
  • 1 lg
    ornge
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce

How To Make grilled ham with my glaze

    For grilling the ham. You will nee a desposel roasting pan. 4"x4"(i use 2 together).Set grill to med-high heat. You will need to keep temp at 350 degrees. Set ham is roasting pan Score lightly,in the pan add 2 cups of apple wine. Grill on indrect heat for 1 hour,covered.

    For the glaze,in a blender.Add all ingrediants and blend till smoth. In a large pan Pour the glaze mix from blender into the pan. Bring to a boil. Bring heat down to wear glaze will simmer. Stirr every so ofton. simmer till reduced by 1/2. set a side. Should make 4-5 cups of glaze

    The last 45-60 min of grilling. Every 1/2 hour pour 1 cup of glaze over top of ham( It will bake into the ham. After 1hour and 45min to 2 hours Remove ham let rest for 15-20 befor carving. Serve with your choice of potatos.
