Ingredients For glazed pork tenderloin

  • 1 t. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 t. brown sugar
  • 2 t. red wine vinegar
  • 1 t. chile paste
  • 1 t. grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 t. low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 pork tenderloins, 1 lb. each

How To Make glazed pork tenderloin

    In large plastic bag, mix all ingredients except tenderloins. Pierce tenderloins with fork 10 times each. Add to bag with other ingredients. Seal and knead. Put in glass dish; marinate in refrigerator 8 to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 400. Put tenderloins and marinade in glass dish; remove star anise. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until meat thermometer registers 150. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, then serve. Just Sauces
