Ingredients For ginger-orange pork chops

2bone-in pork loin chops (7 oz. ea.)

2 tspolive oil

1/8 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

3/4 corange juice

2 tspminced fresh gingerroot

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 tspcornstarch

1 Tbspwater
How To Make ginger-orange pork chops

1Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil.

2Combine the orange juice, ginger, and garlic; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes or until meat juices run clear. Remove chops and keep warm.

3Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into pan juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over pork chops.
