This recipe is great as a main dish with a few sides, but our favorite way to enjoy it is as taco meat in on soft flour shells with a Mango Salsa sooo GOOD!! And its even better the next day. The meat will literally fall apart when you pick it up. It will be juicy and tender. Great on Soft tacos or served with rice and steamed vegetables.
