I never thought too much about frying these pork chops as anything special because they are so easy to make. Then, my father-in-law and brother-in-law always requested them whenever they were coming for dinner. It's just another simple recipe that is quick to fix and oh so good and crispy. These are great served on New Year's Day with blackeyed peas and cabbage. My grandson named them GG's for Grandma Gail.
