Ingredients For german applesauce meatloaf

  • 1.5 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 c
    applesauce
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make german applesauce meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Lightly oil a 9x5x3\" loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan.

    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    Let cool 10-15 minutes.

    Turn the loaf out of the pan.

    Slice and serve.
