4thick pork chops (about 2 lb)
-
marinade
-
8 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 clovefresh garlic (minced or pressed)
-
basting sauce
-

-
1 Tbsphorseradish sauce
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbsphoney
-
6 Tbspapple cider vinegar
How To Make gayle's grilled pork chops
-
1Make criss cross slits in the fat on the pork chop so it can absorb the marinade
-
2In a glass dish mix all the marinade ingredients and place the chops in (turning once at this point and turning once more about half way through)
-
3cover and let stand at room temprature for 4 hours (use common sense f it's hot out keep it in a cool area otherwise marinade 8 hours in the refrigerator)
-
4Mix the Basting ingredients and allow to sit while the meat marinades.
-
5Remove chops from marinade baste and grill until cooked to your liking (about 6 minutes per side usually does it on my grill, they should no longer be pink) be liberal with the basting sauce to infuse with flavor
