Ingredients For garlic roasted pork chops

  • 1 tsp
    fines herbes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 6
    (4 oz. each) boneless pork loin chops
  • 10
    red potatoes, small
  • 12 oz
    baby carrots (3 c.)
  • 2 md
    onions, cut in wedges
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make garlic roasted pork chops

    Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1" pan with non-stick spray.

    In small bowl, combine spices; mix well. Sprinkle half of spice mix over pork chops.

    In large bowl, combine vegetables; sprinkle with oil and remaining spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Place vegetable mixture in center of pan and bake for 10 minutes.

    Place pork chops around vegetables in pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until pork is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, stirring vegetables half way through cooking time.
