Ingredients For garlic roasted pork chops

1 tspfines herbes

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

6(4 oz. each) boneless pork loin chops

10red potatoes, small
-
12 ozbaby carrots (3 c.)

2 mdonions, cut in wedges

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make garlic roasted pork chops

1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1" pan with non-stick spray.

2In small bowl, combine spices; mix well. Sprinkle half of spice mix over pork chops.

3In large bowl, combine vegetables; sprinkle with oil and remaining spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Place vegetable mixture in center of pan and bake for 10 minutes.

4Place pork chops around vegetables in pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until pork is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, stirring vegetables half way through cooking time.
