Ingredients For fried coconut/pineapple pork chops

2boneless pork chops pounded

1bowl with seasoned flour

1bowl with 1 egg, 2 tbs mayo, and 2 tbs honey, mixed as a egg wash

1bowl with panko
-
3 ozsweetened coconut
-
4 ozcrushed pineapple

salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cbrown sugar

1 tspcoconut extract
-
1 tsppineapple flavoring extract

1/2 cpineapple juice
-
2 tspcornstarch and some pineapple juice
How To Make fried coconut/pineapple pork chops

1Salt and pepper the chops and dredge them in the flour, Then add the pineapple extract into the egg wash and dredge the chops in. Then dredge the chops in the panko and put some egg wash on one side of the Chops and add coconut to the side of the chops then back in the panko. Making the glaze In a saute pan add the juice and the crushed pineapple and some coconut. Now add the brown sugar and the coconut extract. simmer for a few minutes then add the cornstarch mix. Simmer until it thickens Pan fry the chops to a nice golden brown and top with some glaze.
