2 pkg8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 cmayonnaise

3/4 cfinely chopped celery

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cchopped fresh parsley

2 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspworchestershire sauce

1/4 tspseasoned salt
-
21 lb. french baguettes
-
2pounds thinly sliced cooked ham

6dill pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
How To Make french club sandwich

1Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until mixture is creamy. Stir in celery and next 6 ingredients.

2Cut baguettes horizontally in half lengthwise; spread cream cheese mixture over cut sides of bread. Place ham evenly on bottom halves of baguettes; top ham with pickles. Cover with tops of baguettes. Cut each baguette into 6 portions. Yield: 12 servings.
