Ingredients For frankfurter goulash

1 pkgfrankfurters

2 Tbspbutter

1 lgonion chopped

3 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspeach dill weed and caraway seeds

1 cwater

1cube beef bouillon
-
1 cdrained sauerkraut

2 csour cream

8 ozcooked elbow macaroni
How To Make frankfurter goulash

1Cut the frankfurters in half lengthwise and then in half. Melt the butter in Dutch oven and saute onion, garlic, and paprika.

2Add the frankfurters, dill, caraway, bouillon cube and water. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes.

3Add the sauerkraut and simmer 5 more minutes. Add the sour cream and cooked macaroni. Cook until heated through.
