Just made this up for Sherri's contest. It is loosely based on sandwich I had called The Elena Rouse at a place called Woody's in Chapel Hill, NC. that has since closed.

Ingredients For fancy nancy's sweet and savory sammie

5-6 sliceroasted garlic and herb pork tenderloin

2 slicerye bread
-
2 sliceswiss cheese
-
3 slicebrie cheese
-
slicefresh strawberries, enough to cover the pork
-
1 1/2 Tbsphot red pepper jelly, i use uncle gary's gourmet pepper jelly now

1 1/2 Tbspcream cheese
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
3 dashhot sauce
-
2 Tbspsoft butter
-
2scallions cut in 3 " portions
-
red lettuce, leaves
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
optional: drizzel with basalmic vinegar after it is cooked.
How To Make fancy nancy's sweet and savory sammie

1Butter bread on one side of each slice. Mix cream cheese with hot sauce and Dijon. Spread bottom with slice with dijon mixture. Spread top slice with red pepper jelly.

2Assemble remaining ingredients how you would like to. I put the swiss on the bottom slice and the brie under the top slice. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
