Ingredients For fancy nancy's sun dried tomato, avocado, bacon, and brie sammie

4 slicebacon
-
2 slice12 grain bread
-
1/8 csundried tomatoes, i made my own in a slow oven

sliceof brie cheese, enough to cover each side of the bread

2 Tbspgarlic aioli

1/2 slicesliced avocado

salt and pepper to taste
-
red pepper flakes (optional) i used them
How To Make fancy nancy's sun dried tomato, avocado, bacon, and brie sammie

1Cook bacon in a 350 degree oven until crisp. Reserve bacon grease. Drain bacon on paper towles.

2Dip on side of each slice of bread into bacon grease. Heat a non stick skillet on med high.

3Halve avocado and slice thin. Set aside.

4Place the bread in the skillet and top with sliced cheese. Sprinkle with sun dried tomatoes.

5Top with bacon slices and avocado. Salt and pepper to taste and add red pepper flakes if using.

6Continue to grill until the underside of the bread is toasted. Drizzel one side with the garlic aioli. Put both open sammies together. Cut on an angle and serve. enjoy
