A very kid-friendly meal. Basically I took regular ol' "Beanie Weenies" (hot dogs & beans) and added to them to make it a more 'acceptable' dish for the grown-ups in the house. Ha ha! In the picture I didn't include the cheese on top, simply because I had none available, but the cheese would be delicious! ** This recipe freezes well, and is great for camping!

Ingredients For fancy beanie-weenies

4hot dogs, sliced into 1/4 inch slices

1 cantomato soup

1 canstewed tomatoes, cut up smaller

1 canbaked beans, any style

2 tspgarlic

1 Tbsponion, minced, dried

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 csmall shells macaroni
-
grated cheese, cheddar or parmesan for topping (optional)
How To Make fancy beanie-weenies

1Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain.

2Add macaroni and all other ingredients, except cheese (if using), into a large saucepan. Heat through & simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.

3Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top, if using.
