1In 3-4 qt. crock pot, stir in vegetable & sauce mix, uncooked potatoes, and remaining ingredients until sauce mix is dissolved.

2Cover. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. (High setting: 4-5 hrs) Sausage should be tender.
