ez peachy pork chops

i came up with this the other night on the spur of the moment, and it was a MAJOR hit with my hubby. (wish i had taken a picture, i will next time.)

Ingredients For ez peachy pork chops

  • 2 lg
    pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 can
    peaches (preferably clingstone), with syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange marmalade

How To Make ez peachy pork chops

  • 1
    Brown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.

    Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer. Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan. Stir in orange marmalade. Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.

    Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve. Beautiful and delicious!!
