i came up with this the other night on the spur of the moment, and it was a MAJOR hit with my hubby. (wish i had taken a picture, i will next time.)

Ingredients For ez peachy pork chops

2 lgpork chops

2 Tbspolive oil

fresh ground black pepper

1 canpeaches (preferably clingstone), with syrup

2 Tbsporange marmalade
How To Make ez peachy pork chops

1Brown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.

2Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer. Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan. Stir in orange marmalade. Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.

3Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve. Beautiful and delicious!!
