This is my family's favorite casserole. It's a cheesy potatoey hammy masterpiece! (Well, in our tummy's anyway, and hopefully yours too :-) )

Ingredients For emily's ham & cheese bake

  • 8 md
    potatoes (6 if you use the really large ones)
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 stick
    margarine or butter, melted
  • 4 lg
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour, heaping
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    diced or cubed ham
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheese (any type)

How To Make emily's ham & cheese bake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. Combine all ingredients and spoon into well greased 9x13 baking dish.

    Bake for 45 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 min.
