Ingredients For easy red beans and sausage

1 pkg13.5 ounces johnsonville andouille sausage

1 Tbspolive oil

3celery stalks (diced)

1 mdonion, (diced)

1 mdgreen pepper (diced)

3 clovegarlic (minced)
-
1/2 cwater
-
2bay leaves
-
1/2 tspcayenne pepper

2 can16 ounce each red kidney beans
- SERVE OVER 6 TO 8 CUPS COOKED WHITE RICE.
How To Make easy red beans and sausage

1In a skillet, brown sausage in olive oil 3 to 4 minutes. Add celery,onion,green pepper and garlic.

2Continue to cook until vegtables are tender. Add water,bay leaves,cayenne pepper and beans.

3Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Serve over hot rice.
