I make these pork chops when I'm short on time. It's quick and the sauce is so yummy.

Ingredients For easy glazed pork skillet

  • 4
    boneless pork chops, 3/4"=thick
  • 3 c
    lower sodium beef broth
  • 3/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 c
    instant white or brown rice, uncooked

How To Make easy glazed pork skillet

  • 1
    Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over med-high heat. Add chops.
  • 2
    Cook chops 10 mins, or until browned on both sides. Remove chops from pan. Stir in broth, marmalade and mustard. Heat to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low. Stir in rice. Return pork chops to skillet. Cover, cook for 10 mins, or until rice is tender.
