My son requested these for supper tonight, never thought of posting a recipe for such an easy sandwich, but maybe there is someone out there who never had one....so easy, tasty, and quick!!

Ingredients For bbq ham sandwiches

  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 -3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • oil to brown onion
  • 1 lb
    virginia baked ham, sliced thin from deli...chopped into bite size chunks

    sandwich buns - i used fresh onion rolls

How To Make bbq ham sandwiches

    Dice the onion, add it to about a tbsp of oil in a med sized skillet, brown onion well

    When it is brown, not burnt, add the rest of the ingredients,except the ham, cook for a few minutes till bubbly. Then add the ham, stir well,add the tbsp of butter, stir till melted.Cook just long enough to heat the ham through.

    Fill your rolls and you have a quick and tasty sandwich..
