Ingredients For easy bacon quiche

1/2 pkgrefrigerated pie crust

1/4 csliced green onions

1 Tbspbutter

6 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 cheavy whipping cream

1/4 cunsweetened apple juice

1 lbsliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/8 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
2 c(8 oz.) shredded swiss cheese
How To Make easy bacon quiche

1Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry; trim and crimp edges. Set aside.

2In a small skillet, saute green onions in butter until tender.

3In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cream and apple juice together. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, salt, pepper and green onions. Pour into pastry; sprinkle with the cheese.

4Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
