Found this recipe written down in my kitchen, not sure where I found it or where it came from, but it was delicious!

Ingredients For easy applesauce pork chops

2 capplesauce
-
1/3 cbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 tspground ginger
-
4boneless or bone-in pork chops (whichever you prefer)

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make easy applesauce pork chops

1In a bowl, combine applesauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar & ginger; mix well and pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.

2In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter.

3When browned on both sides, place pork chops in baking dish over the applesauce mixture.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
