This is my honey's favorite sauce. We searched high and low for just the right sauce and this is the closest I have been able to find that lives up to Smithfield's famous bbq. I use it to cook pulled pork in the crock pot, and then to pour over the meat after. It can be a little spicy, so you have to be careful! The longer it sits in the fridge the tastier, and spicier, it gets.

2 qtcider vinegar

1/4 tspsalt

2 Tbspcayenne pepper

3 Tbspred pepper flakes

1 cbrown sugar

1 Tbsphot sauce

1Mix all ingredients until salt and sugar dissolve.

2Cover and let sit for at least 3 hrs.
