How To Make easter ham

    Put ham in large pan, cover with foil - not tight- baked at 275 degrees for up to 8 hours

    Well that was the intention but I couldn't go through with it- Here is the real deal:

    Score Ham by cutting diamond shapes in top part of skin. Place on rack in roaster. Bake at 275 for 1-1/2 hr. While this is baking - take fresh pineapple and carve out rings. Save the pineapple juice. Take ham out of oven and stick pineapple rings all over ham with toothpicks. Put a cherry on top of each toothpick. Save cherry juice. Put ham back in oven for 1 hr. Mix juices with brown & regular sugar in a sauce pan. Add 4 bouillion cubes and 1 whiskey. Put mustard and honey in pan and wisk over low heat until mixed. Add a tablespoon of corn starch to 1/4 cup of water to sauce to thicken. Simmer on low heat to sauce gets as think as you want. Put sauce in bottom of pan and return ham to oven for 1 more hour - If you want the sauce on the ham, now is the time to put it on. If you want to sauce on the side for pure ham lovers, just leave it on the bottom and serve it as a side dish when ready. Enjoy your Easter Ham anytime!!!
