  • 1/2 lb
    ground mild sausage

    onion -- diced

    stalks celery -- diced

    potatoes -- diced
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 (15 oz) oz
    chili beans
  • 1 can
    rotel
  • 1 (15 oz) can
    chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning

How To Make dutch oven tex mex

    Brown meats with the veggies in the dutch oven.

    After meats are browned add the rice, rotel, beans, broth, seasonings, and chicken broth.

    Let it cook in the dutch oven for 30 minutes or so on medium heat.
