These ribs come out moist, tender and tasty every time. If you like them a little spicier increase the red pepper flakes. If you like them sweeter adjust the brown sugar. In other words season to suit your tastebuds.

Ingredients For dry rub pork ribs

1rack pork ribs, approx. 12 bones

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspred pepper flakes

1/2 tsppaprika

1 tspfresh ground black pepper

1 tspmustard powder

2 tspsalt

3 tspbrown sugar
How To Make dry rub pork ribs

1Preheat oven to 325°F

2Cut pork ribs into sections of 3 or 4 bones

3Mix remaining ingredients well, sprinkle on both sides of ribs and rub into the meat.

4Seal rib sections in foil with a tablespoon of water in each package, and bake for 2 hours on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Open foil carefully as steam escapes.
