This recipe makes the most tender wonderfully flavored ribs which require no additional sauce. Very easy. Very good.

Ingredients For dry rub baked ribs

2 lbpork spare ribs, about 12 ribs

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 tspdry mustard
-
2 tspsalt
-
3 tspbrown sugar
How To Make dry rub baked ribs

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2Cut pork ribs into sections of 3 or 4 bones.

3Mix remaining ingredients well, sprinkle on both sides of ribs and rub into the meat.

4Seal rib sections in foil with a tablespoon of water in each package, and bake for 2 hours on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Open foil carefully as steam escapes.

5Can be crisped on a hot BBQ if desired but will be great just the way it is.
