Ingredients For down-home style country ribs

  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 5 lb
    country style pork ribs
  • 1
    12 oz bottle chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c
    packed light brown sugar

How To Make down-home style country ribs

    In lg pot, over med-high heat, brown ribs in oil on all sides for about 10 mins.

    In lg bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Reduce heat to medium. Drain off any fatty liquid.

    Pour sauce over ribs. Cover, cook 1-1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally, or until ribs are cooked through.
