Ingredients For double meat dudewich

  • 1
    boneless pork shoulder (about 2lbs.)
  • 2 c
    jack daniels original barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic-pepper blend
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground mustard
  • 1 pkg
    oscar myer turkey kielbasa (14 oz.), sliced
  • 1 pkg
    coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 c
    coleslaw dressing
  • dill pickle chips
  • 6
    onion buns, split

How To Make double meat dudewich

  • 1
    In medium bowl, mix 1 cup of barbecue sauce, seasoned salt, garlic-pepper and ground mustard. Place pork roast in slow cooker and pour barbecue mixture over the roast. 1 hour before pork is finished, place the sliced turkey kielbasa into slow cooker and cover and cook for 1 hour longer. When pork is done, discard liquid and shred pork roast in large bowl. Add remaining 1 cup barbecue sauce.

    In a medium size bowl, place coleslaw and mix with dressing. Place split roll on serving dish, layer with coleslaw, pickles and roast/kielbasa mixture. 11 Points per serving (not including roll)
