How To Make defrosting meats quickly

    Place a re-sealable plastic bag with the protein in it in a bowl filled with very hot water from the tap (not boiling). Let it sit 15 minutes before flipping the bag.

    If after 30 minutes the meat is still a little frozen, empty the bowl and refill it with very hot water again.
