This recipe I aquired from a co-workers wife. Before he retired, his wife would always make the ham for our Thanksgiving and Christmas Pot-Lucks.

Ingredients For d. lee's ham
- HAM
-
1ham (non-spiral type)
-
1 canpineapples
-
pineapple juice
-
cherries
-
cloves
- GLAZE
-
1 candark brown sugar
-
3-4 Tbsppineapple juice
-
3-4 Tbspmustard (what ever kind you like)
How To Make d. lee's ham

1Cut diamonds on the fat side of the ham and place cloves at the corner of each diamond.

2Bake in 350 degree oven, uncovered until fat is browned.

3Pour pineapple juice on the ham and cover (out of the oven) for a couple of hours or overnight

4Place pineapples and cherries on the ham with toothpicks and place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

5Baste with glaze and bake 30 to 45 minutes on 350 degrees.

6GLAZE-Cook all ingredients in a pot until it becomes syrupy then baste the ham.
