Ingredients For curried kielbasa & peas

  • 1 lb
    kielbasa cut into angle slices
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown gravy powder from a gravy packet
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    mango chutney
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 c
    frozen green peas
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes for serving

How To Make curried kielbasa & peas

  • 1
    Add oil to a skillet. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the Kielbasa and cook until browned.

    Mix the water with the powdered gravy mix. Add to the Kielbasa mix. Add the Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and mango chutney.

    Add the peas and cook until the peas are warmed. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir in to thicken

    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
