Ingredients For curried kielbasa & peas

1 lbkielbasa cut into angle slices

1 Tbspoil

1 mdonion diced

3/4 cwater
-
1 Tbspbrown gravy powder from a gravy packet

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspmango chutney
-
1 Tbspcurry powder
-
1 cfrozen green peas
-
salt and pepper
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspwater
-
rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes for serving
How To Make curried kielbasa & peas

1Add oil to a skillet. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the Kielbasa and cook until browned.

2Mix the water with the powdered gravy mix. Add to the Kielbasa mix. Add the Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and mango chutney.

3Add the peas and cook until the peas are warmed. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir in to thicken

4Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
