I know this sounds odd, but just try it, it's great. I used the graham crackers, because i ran out of regular bread crumbs and now I'm hooked. It works for chicken too.

Ingredients For crusted pork chops w/ graham cracker coating

  • 4
    thick-cut pork chops.
  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, salt & pepper.
  • 1 lg
    egg, beaten.

How To Make crusted pork chops w/ graham cracker coating

    Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a baking dish w/ cooking spray. Combine cracker crumbs, cinnamon, curry powder, rosemary and salt & pepper in a lg resealable bag. In shallow bowl, beat egg. Dip chops in egg, then into crumb mix, one at a time. Shake to coat evenly. Place pork chops in baking dish. Bake about 40 min, or until no longer pink inside.
