Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you want a dinner your entire family will devour, try these crunchy honey garlic pork chops. Pork chops are double-coated in egg and flour. Quickly pan-fried, the coating becomes extremely crunchy. The pork chops finish cooking in the oven while soaking in a savory, delicious, and addicting sauce. Made with butter, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and other seasonings, the sticky sauce caramelizes and soaks into the pork chops. The final product is juicy pork chops that are slightly sweet and spicy, Any extra sauce would be delicious on chicken too.
