This was a throw-together meal when I couldn't figure out what to do with the pork chops I had just bought. I wanted an easy meal that was ready when I got home. The house will smell great when you get home. I added rice and carrots as a side dish to go along with these tasty pork chops.

When not sure what's for dinner, pull out your slow cooker and make these pork chops. Made with ingredients you have in the pantry and fridge, the hardest part is waiting for the Crock Pot to do its magic. The savory and creamy sauce helps to create the juiciest pork chops. They're so tender, the chops fall apart when removing them from the slow cooker. It's an easy meal your family will enjoy.
