Ingredients For crockpot pork roast w/ sherry-apricot basting sauc

13.5 lb. boneless pork loin roast

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspdried rosemary

1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspground allspice
-
3 Tbspoil
-
1 jar8-oz. jar apricot preserves (sugar free if you prefer)

2 Tbspdry sherry (not cooking wine)
How To Make crockpot pork roast w/ sherry-apricot basting sauc

1Dry thoroughly the pork loin roast and place it in the crockpot.

2Rub all herbs and dry ingredients over the roast and then drizzle the oil over the pork roast.

3Cook 8 hours on Low heat only. During the last 30 minutes of cooking time, spoon over the apricot/sherry mixture. Serve the roasted pork with the pan drippings.
