Ingredients For crockpot corn, ham and potato scallop

5 mdpotatoes, peeled and cubed

2 ccubed, cooked ham

1 can(15 oz) whole kernal corn, drained

1 smgreen or colored bell pepper ( use jalapeno because i like the heat)

1/2 mdonion, finely chopped

1 can(11 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
-
3/4 cmilk
-
3 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 tspground black pepper
-
8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make crockpot corn, ham and potato scallop

1Combine potatoes, ham, corn, green pepper and onion in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crockpot; mix well.

2In a small bowl, combine soup, milk flour, and black pepper; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and stir gently to mix. Top with shredded cheese.

3Cover and cook on low setting for about 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
