Ingredients For crockpot cider pork stew

2 lbpork, boneless and cubed

1/2 ccold water

1 Tbspvinegar

2 capple cider
-
1apple

2onions
-
4potatoes

6carrots
-
1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspdried thyme

1 tspsalt

3 Tbspflour

1/4 cflour
How To Make crockpot cider pork stew

1Cube boneless pork, slice onions and carrots, quarter potatoes and chop the apple.

2Combine 3 tablespoons flour, salt, thyme and pepper, toss with meat.

3Put carrots, potatoes, onion and apple in cooker.

4Top with meat cubes.

5Combine apple cider and vinegar, pour over meat.

6Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours.

7Turn cooker to high and blend 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold water, blend well.

8Stir into liquid in crockpot.

9Cover, cook 15 minutes or until thickened and season to taste.
