Ingredients For crockpot bavarian dinner

2 canbavarian-style sauerkraut, undrained

2 lbpolska kielbasa, precooked and cut into 3-inch pieces

1 mdonion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
-
1 tspchicken bouillon granules
-
1/4 tspcelery seed
-
1/2 tspcaraway seeds

1/2 tspdry mustard
How To Make crockpot bavarian dinner

1In the bottom of a slow cooker, layer 1 can sauerkraut, 1 pound sausage pieces, half the onion slices, 1/2 tsp. bouillon, and half the spices. Repeat layers.

2Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

3Serve with a green salad and a dish of spiced apples.
