1 cpineapple juice

1 cwater

1 1/2 cwhite rice

2 tspcornstarch

1/3 cvinager

2 tspsoy sauce

How To Make crock-pot polynesian pork chops

1Place all ingredients up to the rice into a crock pot.

2Cook on low for 8-9 hours or longer for falll apart meat.

3Remove from crock pot with a slotted spoon and place on a serving platter-Pour liquid into a medium saucepan

4Whisk together the remaining ingredients and add to ingredients in saucepan-over medium high heat-and cook until thickened to your preference.

5Pour over chops and serve.
