My family loves Lasagna but I don't have time to make it the old fashioned way. This Crock Pot Lasagna is quick to prepare, and is sooooo good.

Ingredients For crock pot lasagna

  • 1 lb
    italian sausage, mild
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 jar
    spaghetti sauce, meatless
  • 1 pkg
    low fat ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat, shredded
  • 9 slice
    brillo no boil lasagna noodle
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsely

How To Make crock pot lasagna

  • 1
    Mix ricotta cheese, eggs and parsley together in bowl.

    Cook meat until done, add red sauce and heat through. Spray crock pot with pam. Put 1/2 cup red sauce in bottom of pot, crumble 3 lasagna sheets and put on top. Add 1/3 of remaining red sauce on top, 1/3 jar alfredo sauce, 1/2 of ricotta and a handful of mozzerella cheese. Repeat layer as follows, noodles, red sauce, alfredo sauce,ricotta, mozz, noodles. Final layer as follows, noodles, remaining sauces and cheese. Heat on low for 5 hours.
