Ingredients For crock pot jambalaya

  • 2 c
    diced boiled ham
  • 2 md
    onion coarsely copped
  • 2 stalk
    celery sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper,seeded and diced
  • 1 can
    28 ounces whole tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    tomatoe paste
  • 3 clove
    garlic,minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced parsley
  • 2
    whole cloves
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    uncooked long -grain rice
  • 1 lb
    fresh or frozen shrimp ,shelled and deveined

How To Make crock pot jambalaya

  • 1
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients except shrimp in crock- pot.Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours
  • 2
    1 Hour before serving ,turn crock-pot to high ,Stir in uncooked shrimp.cover and cook until shrimp are pink and tender.
