1 lbbulk italian sausage

1onion, sliced

2 - 15 oz. jarmarinara sauce, refrigerated

2 cmushrooms, fresh, sliced

1 cantomatoes, canned italian-style & diced

1 cantomatoes, stewed italian-style

2 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 pkgtortellini or ravioli, cheese stuffed, refrigerated

2 cmozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend, shredded

1In 10" skillet, cook beef & sausage over medium-high heat 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

2Line crock pot with Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners.

3Pour beef/sausage mixture, marinara, mushrooms, tomatoes & italian seasoning in crock pot. Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 - 8 hours.

4Stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook on low heat setting about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini are tender.

5TIP: HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 - 6500) - In step 4, cover & cook on low heat setting about 25 minutes.
