I've been making this tasty dish for years now and still love it. There are many ways to change it. Sometimes I use white rice, other times brown rice. Another option is noodles. Feel free to experiment--you can't go wrong!

Ingredients For creamy pork & rice skillet

4pork chops, boneless or bone-in (i used two chops)

1 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2 Tbspcooking oil

1 cancream of celery soup
-
2 pkgboil-in-bag rice
-
1 canmilk (in soup can)

1 canwater (in soup can)
How To Make creamy pork & rice skillet

1Place pork chops on flat surface. Add salt and pepper, then coat chops on all sides with flour.

2In a large skillet, brown chops well on both sides in oil, turning occasionally. When browned, pour off grease. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 1 hour.

3In a small bowl, mix together soup and milk.

4Pour soup mix over chops in skillet; add rice. Add one soup can water. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, or until rice is done.
