Ingredients For creamy noodle casserole

  • 1 pkg
    (12oz)egg noodles
  • 2 pkg
    (8oz) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 3 c
    cubed (1/2") fully cooked ham
  • 1 c
    (4oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    (4oz) shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
    half & half cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    each garlic powder,salt,pepper

How To Make creamy noodle casserole

  • 1
    In a 5 qt. dutch oven or large deep pan,cook noodles for 5 minutes. Add the broccoli & ham. Cook 5 minutes longer or until noodles are tender. drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat stirring constantly,until butter is melted & mixture is heated through.
