This flavorful pasta salad is hearty enough for a hot weather meal, and it will be welcome at any potluck or picnic. Serve this salad with a cup of soup or a sandwich for a perfect family dinner. I served mine with a freshly cut up water melon. Made this for my Grandmother tonight, and she LOVED it!! Hope this dish finds its way to your table. Enjoy!
