    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

    canola oil
  • 1 c
    mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/3 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
