I have also made these with prk chops...just throw them in frozen and the come out really tender.

Ingredients For cranberry glazed pork roast

  • 16 oz
    cranberry sauce, jellied or whole berry
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 tsp
    dry ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1
    sirloin pork roast
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    cold water

How To Make cranberry glazed pork roast

    In a medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce with a fork. Stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves.

    place roast in crock pot and pour sauce mixture over it. cook on low 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender.

    Remove roast and keep warm.

    To make gravy: Pour two cups of the liquid into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. mix in cornstarch and water. continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
