Ingredients For cranberry glazed pork chops

2 Tbspcanola oil

6bone in or boneless chops

1/4 tspsalt

1 canwhole berry cranberry sauce

1/2 capple jelly
-
1 Tbspguldens spicey mustard

1/2 tspdried thyme leaves

1 Tbspcornstarch
How To Make cranberry glazed pork chops

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle meat with salt. Place in the skillet: cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn meat, reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes more. Just until slightly pink in the centers.

2Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Gradually add to meat in skillet: cook 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
