What do i do with these porkchops?? When I put this together it just reminded me of a bunch of cowboys sitting by a campfire. Its very hearty and delish! Family loved!!! I love One pot meals, easy bake easy cleanup.

Ingredients For cowboy chop bake~sweet n tangy pork n bean

    med`thick pork chops
  • 1
    28oz can baked beans
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    sweet and tangy bbq
  • 3 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • splash apple cider vinegar
  • couple dashes worsh sauce
  • 1/4 c
    corn
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion

How To Make cowboy chop bake~sweet n tangy pork n bean

    Season Pork w/adobo or s&p. Brown porkchops in frying pan remove from pan. Add all ingredients in casserole dish, placing pork in center of beans.

    Bake in oven preheated at 350. Bake covered for 1/2hr. Uncovered for 1/2hr. Theres your one pot wonder. Easy bake easy cleanup!!!
